12/15/99 For a while I lived in a neighborhood where there were very few stores that sold bread. Once, when I was too lazy to walk a few blocks to a supermarket with a reasonable selection of bread, I actually bought this very loaf of sourdough. No fears, though. I was very careful while carrying it home.
