Someone told me once about a Japanese fridge that actually monitors the amounts of certain foods and then uses an Internet connection to order more when you are running low. ...Oddly enough, I also heard of a robot that can use organic matter as fuel (called Gastrobot, hehe). It seems like these two machines would work rather nicely together...
