Strangely enough, as I write these notes I am tired once again. Forget all this fighting disease and violent crime business, we need to put an end to sleep. Think about all the extra time we would be able to devote to those other problems if our brains didn't shut down every sixteen hours. Okay, okay, so our brains are shutting down for maintenance work. Big deal, that's just part of the problem, right. Would you cognitive scientists get to work already!
